Now if you are anything like me, you constantly forget your coffee ratios. That being said, here are some of the recipes and ratios I like to use.
***All grind settings are in reference to a Baratza Virtuoso.***
Hario V60- 16:1 (480g water to 30g coffee) at 18 grind.
Mizudashi- 80g to full container at 32 grind.
Chemex- 15:1 (630g water to 42g coffee) at 20 grind.
